The Korea Volleyball Association will hold its first FIVB leadership course in Korea

The Korea Volleyball Association said on the 1st, "The '2024 International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) Coach Course Level 1, held at Namseoul University and Hyundai Capital Castle of Skywalkers from July 27 to 31, ended successfully with a total of 58 domestic volleyball leaders and players participating." FIVB Coach Course Level 1 consisted of basic theoretical and practical classes on volleyball guidance, and writing and practical tests. All 58 participants in this coach course level 1 passed the written and practical tests to complete the FIVB Coach Level 1 qualification.

The coach course was attended by instructors Paolo Montagnani and Martin Nemec as FIVB designated instructors. Montagnani has been the coach of Morocco's men's national team since 2023 and is a veteran instructor who has coached a number of club teams including Italy, Japan and Poland.

Martin Nemec, a lecturer who plays for Korean Air and KB Insurance and is familiar to domestic volleyball fans, served as the coach of a number of Slovak league teams from 2022 to 2024, and has a career as a coach for Woori Card and IBK Industrial Bank volleyball teams from 2018 to 2022.

This coaching course was a time to confirm the effectiveness of the training programs and teaching methods to existing leaders with experience. In addition, we had an opportunity to encounter and discuss the new training methods and strengths of FIVB instructors, and to think about how to incorporate them in the field.

The Korea Volleyball Association said, "For participants who are currently in their careers but dream of becoming leaders in the future, it was an opportunity to encounter guidelines on how to guide players as leaders, and at the same time, it was a time to inspire and motivate themselves in their leadership lives." The participants greatly sympathized with the instructors' message that they should always pay attention to overseas volleyball trends and constantly research themselves because the trends in international volleyball are constantly changing. Through this coaching course, the participants also shared various opinions," he added. 파워볼사이트
